Sreenithi Sudhakar worked for Cornwall Care in Liskeard as a healthcare assistant in 2021. Her activities in this position involved managing residents at the care home, with specific responsibilities including assisting residents as they move in and out of wheelchairs and equipment. She also attended numerous training sessions to improve her professional skills. In 2022, Sreenithi Sudhakar joined Plymouth’s Hartley Park Care Home in a healthcare assistant role. She managed many of the same responsibilities in this position, with an overriding goal of maintaining a positive environment for residents and facilitating communications between staff members, residents, and families.

Sreenithi Sudhakar now works as a clinical coder in a NHS Trust. Her primary focus in this role involves the translation of written diagnostics and procedural information. She is familiar with codes from multiple classification systems, including Great Britain’s Patient Administration System (PAS) and Electronic Patient Records (EPR), in addition to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) and Office of Population Censuses and Surveys (OPCS) codes. In the past, she has worked as a math and English tutor in Kumon. She has received a Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award.
